return policy
we are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed clothing. we only provide refunds on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. to expedite your return process, please contact us by phone at (877) 552-5808, or by email at customerservice@speesees.com.

speesees is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. upon receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. original shipping charges are not refundable.

please note: if you purchased a speesees product at a retail location + need a return or exchange, please take it to the store where it was originally purchased. the address above is only for returns and exchanges of products purchased from our website.

ordering online
to shop online, please click store and then search by category & sub-category. click on a specific item to see available sizes and colors. once you have selected your item, click add to cart. once you have added everything to cart, scroll down & enter any special codes/discount coupon you may have. when you are done shopping, please click checkout to proceed. you will then select a shipping option, enter shipping + billing info + select payment method.

methods of payment
speesees accepts mastercard, VISA, & AMEX. we are happy to accept checks if you place your order by mail or phone.

shipping
all orders will be processed & shipped within 48 hours. available shipping options are UPS or USPS (domestic or international). the flat USPS rate for 1lb is $4.60; if the package is over 1lb, USPS costs depend on weight + destination (we are in san francisco).
